General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between beet999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses any service offered on beet999. By accessing the Platform or clicking any "I Agree", "Register", or "Login" element, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

beet999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to beet999 and all services offered on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. beet999 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed, all deposits refunded where legally required, and any bonus or real-money winnings forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any guardianship, legal restriction, or court order that limits your ability to enter contracts, you are not permitted to use beet999.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing beet999 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to verify this before registering.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not be a player who has previously registered a self-exclusion request with beet999 or with any third-party gambling self-exclusion programme that covers this Platform. Registering a new account after submitting a self-exclusion request is a breach of these terms.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of beet999, nor a close family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been granted by the Platform's management.

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and bonus offers on beet999, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on beet999. The Platform actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document matching. If a duplicate account is detected, all duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, bonus balances will be forfeited, and the situation will be reviewed for potential fraudulent intent. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be held pending investigation.

beet999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including NID, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any point during the player's lifecycle, not only during the initial KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

beet999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets. Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) carry a ৳2,000 minimum. Visa and Mastercard deposits have a ৳1,000 minimum.
• Deposit fees: beet999 does not charge any fee for deposits. Any transaction fee levied by the payment provider (e.g., bKash service charge) is the responsibility of the player.
• Deposit speed: bKash and Nagad deposits credit to the player's beet999 account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take between ten minutes and four hours depending on the payment provider's processing time.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for all payment methods. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to four hours after KYC verification is complete. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal method matching: For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any surplus may be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the player has completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Declined transactions: beet999 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is flagged by the Platform's fraud prevention systems, without being required to disclose the specific reason to the player.

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

beet999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated on the individual bonus offer page.

• Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated on the individual offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough") before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier is displayed on each offer page.
• Eligible games: Not all games on beet999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and similar providers typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, Dragon and Tiger) and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated on each bonus offer page.
• Minimum odds for sports betting: When a bonus can be used for sports betting, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater to count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed at shorter odds will not contribute.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated on the offer page (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation). Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically and are removed from the player's account without notice.
• One active bonus: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will void the previous bonus.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount.
• Abuse prevention: beet999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to artificially complete wagering requirements (bonus hedging), and exploiting promotional errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• Promotional errors: In the event that a bonus is offered in error (e.g., incorrect amount, incorrect wagering requirement, typographical error), beet999 reserves the right to correct the error and, where the error has already been claimed, to void the affected bonus and any winnings derived from it.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using beet999, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

beet999 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct, including bot detection, IP analysis, device fingerprinting, and behavioural pattern analysis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the Platform will act without prior notice and is not obligated to disclose the specific evidence or methodology used in its investigation to the affected player.

Account Suspension & Closure

beet999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or underage gambling, account closure may occur without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a reason.

• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the beet999 support team. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and any active bonus has been resolved.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts closed for the elected period. During self-exclusion, the player will not be permitted to re-register, and all marketing communications will cease. See the Responsible Gaming page for full self-exclusion procedures.
• Dormant accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). beet999 may charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month against the dormant account's real-money balance after a 30-day written notice period. Accounts with a zero balance after becoming dormant may be closed without notice.
• Balance on closure: Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's most recent verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to outstanding KYC completion.
• Fraud-related closure: Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, all funds in the account may be frozen pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited or reported to law enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beet999, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in game outcomes, settlement calculations, or odds displays caused by third-party game providers, provided that beet999 acts promptly to correct and communicate such errors.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or the player's bank.
• Any gambling losses incurred during the normal course of play on a fair and certified game.

beet999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
